After yoga party with wine in one hand and incense sticks in the other, we make our own rules, free from dogmas and external attachments. Whoever suits us loves this combination.

From relaxed Yin Yoga sessions, meditations and sweaty Vinyasa units, you will find everything your yogi heart desires at a Red Phat Elephant event. The music supports us in yoga to get into a trance-like state and to stay there. We become one with the music, become one with the movement and dive deep into our inner being. For us, music and yoga belong together. Thanks to this combination, we can delve deeper into our being, perceive our feelings more consciously or even amplify them.

Our yoga sessions are accompanied according to the topic. Sometimes soft and dreamy from the spiritual vibrations of the singing bowl, sometimes from the rhythmic sounds of the hand pan or from driving, impulsive electronic DJ tunes. Music needs room to breathe. And yoga is that space. Welcome to the tribe.
